the most biased one-sided refereeing display in League history currently taking place in the Parramatta/Gold Coast game, a hip drop tackle against Elsie is ignored but a leg lift by Fonua is placed on report and Gold Coast score from the resulting penalty. There have also been two examples of a Parramatta player been thrown to the ground after the ref called tackled but a penalty or set restart is not given, yet Gold Coast have received three penalties for minor ruck infringements. As bad as the umpiring is the AFLW, the refereeing is three times as bad in the NRLW.
