Waratahs won the Major semi-final by about 5-6 goals over Southern Districts and go straight into the grandfinal.
Wanderers have beaten St Marys in the minor semi and will play Southern Districts next week.

- Second Semi-Final - Waratahs 17 - 9 (111) defeated Sthn. Districts 9 - 10(64).

would be interesting to know the rating for the abc2 game on tv, sounds to me like there is a bit of a following on here from people interstate.
Would be great if the grand final was live, i cant see why they dont do it.

Its a big if as Waratahs and Sthn Districts have been a class above most sides throughout the season although Wanderers got within 3 points of Districts last time they played and there is some doubt over Ashley Wedding their 100 goal man playing.
If the Eagles find a way to finally bring thier Tiwi players from the islands like Ephrem Tipunwuti, JR Pilakui, Thomas Simon, Jamie Scrymgour and Mark Lee Thompson with Danny Miskin from suspension the Eagles should have a real chance against a wobbly Crocs outfit wouldnt you think???
Miskin hasnt been training with the team since his suspension although claims he has kept fit training for rugby.
Have heard that the tiwi boys want to stay and play on the island and that Motlop has just about had a gutful of their attitude and will go with the players that his got.
Sorry, so who is playing in the NTFL Grand Final this weekend and what time does the game start? Am flying up there to watch it..

Didnt notice him during the game as Tahs have a lot of imports. Didnt see the incident and neither did the umpires he was sighted on video evidence.
Him and the rest of the players are facing the tribunal tonight.
Chris Atkins guilty striking 2 matches misses Grand Final considering appeal
Shannon Milward pleaded guilty received reprimand free to play
David O'Sullivan not guilty
Bradley Stephensen Wanderers ruckman pleaded guilty to striking two matches but one game suspended for 12 months free to play in Grand Final if Wanderers win this weekend.
Southern Districts have also cited Waratahs midfielder Lincoln Withers for an incident which led to Districts player Daniel Keelan being suspended.

Waratahs appealed Chris Atkins and I believe got he off. Lincoln Withers got off. Poor Bradley Wanderers didn't appeal to the Kangaroo court so he has to do his time.

You'd be extremely lucky to land a seat -- plane or ferry -- to get over to the islands for Tiwi GF now.
NTFL Grand Final will start at either 4pm or 4.30p preceeded by Under 18s between Nightcliff v St Marys and Reserve Grade Waratahs v Southern Districts.

Yea he goes pretty good the young fella! Still only 21 years old and should develop to a great player for the Eagles in the comming years!
Stands maybe round the 195-196cm mark and about 100-105kg!
