That's from the hockey one where Lisa plays Bart, Wiggum talking to the inmates trying to get them to come to the game.

Not quite, it's a story about a city a little bit larger than Capital City.

Grandpa Simpson to Homer's Vegas wife in the tree house? It was part of a scheme to make Homer's Vegas wife and Flanders' Vegas wife to flee.

From memory he then goes onto sulk about how he just lost another wife, before Lisa comes in with some line or another.

Or am I completely wrong again? :D

Homer supposedly thinking what Marge is thinking as he imagines himself paragliding through the streets firing a ray gun. Think it's the one where Apu has an affair with the Squishee girl.

Aww, I can't take his money, I can't print my own money, I have to work for my money. Why don't I just lay down and die.

Cause the streets of Capital City is no place for 3 unescorted ladies

Cause we couldn't get Grandpa to babysit

So why's Grandpa here?

Cause Jasper didn't want to come by himself

*Jasper turns around and smiles*

When they go to get Skinner back from Capitol City :D another favourite from that ep is just after when Armin is explaining how all the things in his apartment are 'Armin's'

'...Armin's copy of Swank, Armin's frozen peas.'
'Can I look at your copy of Swank Armin?'
'...yes.'

Here's a personal favourite for you to guess.
