We are all concerned about the lack of numbers entering RDT and I have just discovered that they have made anyone under the age of 18 ineligible to enter this year. Their numbers will fall even further i would think.

Probably because it's seen as gambling maybe?
Tis silly imo though as when the AFL ran it they had a school's group IIRC, used to hear Warnie talk about it as those guys are all teachers.
How is though that RDT are excluding anyone under 18 due to the so called "gambling" aspect of it yet anyone can enter Super Coach or Fantasy where the money involved is 10 fold that of RDT?

I don't think that anyone here can comment, but it is most likely due to the fact to run competitions you need licensing from the government bodies and RDT can not get the license in the current state and/or applied for a different license.
RDT is a small part of Sportsdeck as well, as, with the log in you can actually gamble as they have Daily Fantasy Sports where you pay to enter a team for a particular game.
So if I were to guess, it would be because their website would be classified as gambling (Like any TAB/DraftStars/etc...) and they couldn't get the license to run a competition with underage participants.
