This is probably more apt for the unpopular musical opinions thread but I actually quite like Resistance. I mean it's no Origin of Symmetry or Absolution but it's not bad as modern music goes.

Please no more dubstep guys, that is all I ask
I was referring more to Follow MeIt wasn't dubstep
For what it's worth Unsustainable was amazing live.
Some of the best sonics I'd ever heard at a concert.......but I know it's not for everyone.

Really? Strange as that was one of the highlights of The 2nd Law for me. I guess Muse are one of those bands though where they are a different kettle of fish liveDislike the song with a passion but it fronted up pretty well live, surprisingly.
Panic Station though..................the only real low point of the set. Should not be played again.

Agree. I thought Resistance was great. Not great as in Citizen Erased great, but still a bloody good album compared to most of what comes out these days. I'd have it:This is probably more apt for the unpopular musical opinions thread but I actually quite like Resistance. Muse have confirmed that they are working with AC/DC producer Robert 'Mutt' Lange on their new album.
The band confirmed the news on their official Instagram page, posting an old picture of AC/DC and Lange together along with the caption: "We are honoured to be making our new album with this legendary producer. #backinblack"
That reminds me, I have always wanted to hear Muse do a cover album. It would probably be half Rage Against the Machine songs but it could be cool.
