Somehow India have turned being dominated for 90% of play into a draw and moral victory.

I know the rain kept them in the game but it looks like they will be the team heading to the MCG with momentum.

Well done to them.

I really feel you should just ditch the Gabba during the rainy season. Throw them a bone and let them have some live cricket when their rainy season is over
Or just play the 1st test of the summer there.

Could work?

I don’t really know the date parameters on their rain season, but anything other than mid-December is worth looking at. I have colleagues who work from there and they reckon this is regular every year. Find another way, Cricket people!

If only they played the first test there, radical idea, it's never been done i know

I know i picked to follow the stars because they play at the MCG. But it's honestly like watching Melbourne in cricket format

The Test batting group desperately needs a freshen up. I'd drop Khawaja and Marsh and bring in Konstas and Webster. They need games before next season's Ashes.

Brisbane test rained out , Melbourne says "Oh yeah , watch this " . Only Melbourne could forcast a heatwave on one day ,and rain possible the next day.
The weather gods are pranking us.

Nothing against McSweeny who was i think unfairly played out of position

But the confidence levels from this kid are noticeably higher
