Actually they do be kinda tight, they don't fly commentators to AFL games. But they do chuck a fair few cameras up at events

It could also be that India refuse to use it, I remember they opposed DRS for years and any series against them wouldn't use it regardless of host country. I feel like i haven't seen hotspot for a couple of years now though, anywhere

I did more research it's kinda all of the above, it has got things to do with the host broadcasters, it costs them heaps of money, it can be misleading or inaccurate

Cricket Australia was the only board that ever extensively used it (9 Kinda pioneered its use), the ICC has never supported it for DRS but allowed it (English, Australian and South African broadcasters have used it), and of course the Board of cricket control in India (BCCI) have always opposed using it
