Knew it was coming but still hard to take, it was the right call by our best captain in my living memory.
His journey, from his background to his retirement, his growth from an extremely talented junior to the skillful accumulator who hadn't found himself yet, to the inspiring battering ram that set the tone and dragged our team across the line in the hottest of battles.

Richmond man through and through. He needs a statue alongside Dusty at the MCG. THE ultimate dynamic duo.

I’m already crying. I’m going to miss him and it sucks that his last game is going to be in Adelaide. We need to get down to the MCG in force for the North Melbourne game!

If the Saints put us out of our misery on Sunday for this year then I'm sure the North game will be Cotch's farewell. I'll be there regardless. Let's pack out the G Tiger Army.
