Any word yet on Steere's tribunal hearing......
Be interesting come finals how north wank will go with good umpires and interchange umpires hope they see what goes on behind play etc.. Hargy has left the wanks and is heading back to tarra!! Also a few other interesting clearences pending..
Heard today that the umpires board complained to the league about Nth Wang and its supporters last week...Threatened them with no more umpires etc....any truth ????
Your the one that has got it wrong not ratpack the fact the moyhu has never made a real atemped to get a 3rds side in any of the last 15 years . As for this year the fact is your president was asked to be apart of the southern sun this year and was even involve in some meetings to form the side ,but when given the option from king valley & greta to be involed he told them moyhu had decided against it that is the real
facts , if you dont belive that go ask you president
If every club looking for numbers and there a few out there tells a 16 year old kid he good enough for senior we will never have a junior comp for the rest of the kids to come through but of course moyhu wouldn't care less
Really Brown Snake??? And how would you know this? Would like to know your involvement with Moyhu and how you would know what "our" president said. I know my facts and you know your facts - maybe one of us is right!
How would you know that Moyhu has never made an attempt to form a 3rds team in the past 15 years? I have personally been involved in an attempt in this time, so would like to know how you know?
There was a complaint made, and one of the umpires resigned. North Wang also made a complaint about the umpiring, and it's in the mediation process at the moment.
I know we do bag the Hat Wearers on here from time to time but from what I heard they were afraid to leave the ground. No umpires, no game..Apparently Nth Wang had a sponsors day on as well..
I wasn't at that particular match, so can't comment, but on a general level I think the abuse umpires cop is disgraceful. Most games I go to it isn't really an issue, but occasionally it gets pretty heated and some of the things people yell out are pathetic.
I know I "Go on about it" but whilst knobheads like Sam Newman are allowed to constantly bag them the average punter who is not much more than a smart monkey thinks it's ok....
PS...Good write up on CT too mate. I think at this stage all has gone well and he will be home today or tomorrow...
Yep, first time we come up against those blokes that left.Could some some rearranging of the deck chairs in the bottom half of the 8 this week.....danger games for Moyhu and Tarra both....Haven't done all the sums because ICBF but one of the may even drop out...I think.
BK, Is this the first time Belly has played against you since he left...
Yep, first time we come up against those blokes that left.
Am interested in thoughts on Milawa to date. I read with interest comments of a potential mass exodus of players & disharmony with the coach prior to the season beginning yet to date their only loss was less than a kick (after the siren). Everything to date suggests otherwise???
I reckon they are the benchmark so far. I guess alot of things where said preseason, but they have let their football do the talking so far!

I haven't seen them this year, but yeah, the exodus of players has certainly hurt their twos, so they do need to keep their senior players on the park. As for Simmsy, he tells me he is enjoying coaching a lot more this year and the focus is really on being able to grind out wins against good sides, which is something they didn't really do last year. "Playing a style of football that holds up whatever the conditions" is something he's said a few times. They seem to be mentally tougher than they were last year.
FWIW I still don't believe there is a clear standout, and there isn't a coach in the league who believes his team is ahead of the pack. I think there are seven teams capable of winning the premiership this year.
