I'd have given him 3 (might be a good thing I'm not in charge of the books)
I initially thought he'd be handy depth at best but still behind the likes of Ruscoe. Could not have done anything more and it's been a joy to watch him grow
I think there is still some development in this kid especially at a big club - should be 2-3 years - very handy pick up.

Feel like not just his onfield, but imagine his off field character would be huge for the club. As charismatic as you can get, love him
I was very surprised to hear Buckley say his "timidity" in the heat of a physical game was something Oleg overcame in his first final.
I used the word timidity but that was what Buckley implied was one of his flaws.

They've signed him later than you'd expect. Who knows how negotiations went. There may have been a fair bit of negotiation and he may have only agreed to one at the offered rate as he thinks he can get more for later years.

It's a great story, and he's such a quality bloke. Also been far more effective than I expected at the start of the year. Credit to him for working his backside off!
