Why did ant and TGC Reloaded bowl at all considering Santos still had two more overs?

because you didnt play enough pure bowlers or all-rounders....it always happens :eek:
 
That sometimes happens. Ive bowled a few overs before.

Anyway a top win. Lost Danni first ball and it wasn't looking good. The Warrior and Kapow!!! then both posted half centuries and i then joined in. The rest of the order then all contributed. The bowlers then bowled terrific with frequent wickets and not letting most of the batters get on top.

Top game a pleasure to captain ;)
 
Great win boys, the batsman held firm and the bowlers were great. Bit disapointed being out 4 runs short of another fifty but id take that in a win anyday.
 
Absolutely GREAT win fellas! Everyone who needed to fire fired and fired well! Well from Queensland anyway, myself, The Warrior, QuiKsiLvA and Power21 all posted great scores.

QuiKsiLvA, proving that he is a great leader of the team there aswell.

Bowlers, well, even if they didn't get 3 wickets like TheShockmaester or MudnBlood they still managed to keep it tight and keep the pressure on.

Great win under pressure guys. I'm really pleased as how well the team can function and how well we can function under extreme pressure!
 
Bloody hell, didn't score quickly enough in overs 30-40.

Although I got jipped a boundary, was on 45, hit two fours and a single and was on 50 at the end of the over. I assume it's because one boundary was hit off a no ball?

We did play enough of them, 5 is all it takes, & Santos our best bowler was the one who lost 2 overs.

Seems like we're having a struggle in this form of the game, it's our perennial curse.

Still Toohey's Old all round, I've had worse days.

Nah I reckon it's because he knows that if hilly gets the job as captain of Victoria in SOO that he might end up carrying the drinks all tournament.

He now wants to ingratiate himself with his potential new teammate & leader.
 
Solemn apologies for the ******** poor batting effort (another good performance by PD however in the one day arena), but on a more pleasing note, bowled the 49th over for just two runs, a couple of lbw shouts turned down....Esspride and Mcring-ring must really be struggling with the bat.

Good win Canetoads, Bad Luck Danni gone off the very frist ball of the innings. But i hope to be back in the side soon, i have been in the nets for a while now. Just learning the basics all over again. Nothing fansy, just cricket :)

well that should be right but the game needs 6 bowlers in order not to bowl and batters.I have learnt this during the season. Annoying i know but thats how the game works unfortunately :eek:

Incorrect actually. Even if you have nine bowlers, one batter and a keeper - that lone batter could still bowl. Depends on what random inaccuracy this game pulls out of its ass. Purely random. Purely annoying.

It has lost my team two One Day games this season - losing the matches in the final overs. Not cool.
 
Yep, I have an allrounder whose batting is very good and bowling is absolutely terrible (average over 140). So I played him up the order at No3 with 6 bowlers and allrounders at the bottom. Buggar me if the game didn't bowl him for 10 overs from the 3 spot at the cost of purebowl overs. Really irrational at times.
