Big Dave Astbury had gastro in the 2018 PF and we kept it quiet, said nothing to the media, gave no excuses. Big difference between and the salty Cats. Here comes their piss poor excuses for last night.

Went through most of the team. But as you said, we kept it quiet. We had class.

Cats also forgot we tucked our medallions away after winning the GF to clap their legend off the ground.

My last gripe at Geelong for this season... They (Scott) and their supporters give themselves pats on the back for not needing to rebuild via the draft (which they did for their dynasty)... but what they neglect to mention is they have a huge leg up with wantaway players who want to live on the coast away from the city spot light. They have their own recruiting pool in a way and while it costs them draft picks, they get near guaranteed talent. That's not being crafty, that's just pure dumb locational luck.

Even though finishing 3rd, any money when the 2025 draw comes out the Scats get (2x top 6, 2x middle 6, 2x bottom 6)
The bottom 6 double ups will be us and West Coast at s**tstain stadium.

And Richmond finishing last will get (2x top 6, 2x middle 6, 2x bottom 6) same as what Hawthorn got this year for finishing 16th and same as what Geelong will get for finishing 3rd.

They'll also get a weaker side for gather round.
