Is probably the one owned by Vlastuin that someone tried to burn down the night before the 2020 grand final.
what happened with that ?

heard nothing about it

as if shocking didnt organise that

guaranteed he will not go quietly once the career is over.
we got many more years of his annoying opinions to come
Need more like Dusty

Just come in and do his thing, and cash out when it’s all over to live his best life

Leaves a bit of mystery that just add to his whole legacy

A bloke at work who usually has pretty reliable mail said GC's contract offer to Rowell was miles below what he was expecting. I've no idea what his season was like but will never forget what he did to us in zero round. This ludicrous, exorbitant Mac Andrew contract could blow up in their face and lead to more rats jumping ship. Dunno figures but can only speculate that if you're a proven matchwinner with high bnf finishes and some unproven punk gets a Buddy Franklin deal after a couple good games then you get offered scraps your managers gonna be shopping you instead of trying negotiate for bugger all. God I hope they blow it & Hardwick fails lol
Hardwick will devastated if Rowell leaves

It's all about him, but there's your aflpa players rep for you.

You hear nothing from him when there’s a serious issue at hand. But plenty of mouthing off about his personal opinions.
Is this shorter quarters an AFLPA submission? Or just this clown needing some airtime?
He even pontificated about the effects of limiting supply to create more demand for the product. FFS he’s now an economist.
Why doesn’t he rip into the AFL about round Zero, for example? Crickets on that extension to the season.

He's no dud. Not the player he looked to be early in his career. But Rowell si quality.

For GC it doesn't matter so much. They have a production line of quality mids coming in for cheap, so losing one is OK.
I would expect that GC would follow the GWS model and look for something decent in return. Trading with Geelong will not get them a decent pick for Rowell.

wants to milk as much money out of the game for as long as possible while he can.

The AFL players who don’t make finals have a break from end of August until early December … about 15 x friggin weeks! They then get another few weeks from Dec 20th to about Jan 10th. Plus they get multiple 4-day breaks during the year, and are only required into the club 3-4 days per week. The players get a total of about 20-weeks leave FFS! Baseball goes for 168 games, basketball for 80+ games and EPL for 35+ games. And we are crying about 23-games …??!??

And this clown Danger says games should be shortened to lessen the workload on players … FMD! Nobody wants shorter quarters.

A quarter can go for 34 minutes due to excess time on from stoppages, lots of goals, games pausing due to injuries/stretcher/concussions etc…

What nobody seems to understand is that whether a quarter runs for 34 minutes, 27 minutes or 38 minutes, there is still only 20 minutes of actual PLAYING TIME - keeping in mind that the clock still ticks whilst players line-up for goal, so if there are 8 x goals in a quarter from a mark of free kick, that’s about 4 x minutes of PLAYING time ticking with NOTHING HAPPENING.

If we are worried about games from start to finish taking too long then there’s a super simple solution : reduce quarter time and 3/4 time breaks by 60-seconds. Reduce half-time by 3 minutes. Throw the ball-up at ball-ups and throw-ins quicker.

Walah …. That’ll take 10-minutes off the time without sacrificing a second of actual action.

Just shut-up Danger … pls shut-up.

Of course they will.

But if they have a midfield too packed, and with a train line of talent coming in from their Academy, losing someone makes good sense. Is he a FA? That'd change things as well.

Or only call time on on a free kick the instant boot is put to ball.

Official training started Nov 11. Banks, Fawcett, McAulliffe looked like they'd been working out. Clarke & Lefau doing rehab running.
Lynch was there when he didn't have to.
Blight had dropped weight.
Bauer worked on his body between season end and start of training.

AFL teams run about 280 km a game. Sprint 240 times a game. All the "holidays" they have are ~ FMD they cant let their fitness drop.

MRJ came back in poor condition, couple of years back was rare. Dan Rioli injured & pictures of fat gut.

Still, providing you have the talent, it’s a great lifestyle that pays handsomely.

The guys a moron that shouldn't be in charge of the PA. He doesn't have the basic brain capacity to grasp the latest TV rights deal is 2025 - 2031. The contract states the number of games and duration of games. Another round in SA was added to the fixture and Round Zero added to inflate the deal. The rights deal was massive and negotiated on added opportunities for ads....... the networks factored in number of ads they can sell and inflated costs over the duration. Does that imbecile think the networks have agreed to spend.... "The AFL's new deal is worth $643 million a season - an upgrade on the $473 previously...." they'd laugh at the geriatric moron for even daring to suggest it.

Dangerflogs body can't handle the rigeurs then time to retire. Hopefully Costa sacks all his deadbeat relatives who got cushy jobs as part of his relocation salary cap rort too. Our young list will be fully primed in 2 years time.... if anything add 2 more minutes a game as our age demographic will outlast the ancient sides.
