Chris Scott isn’t replacing someone at his new gig … it’s a new role that has been created just for him.
All we ever hear is how grossly overworked coaches are, yet here we have a long-time senior coach branching out into a new career with one of their sponsors?
How on earth does the AFL tick this off with a straight face? It’s like they think it’s so ridiculously blatant corruption of the soft cap that nobody would ever think it’s dodgy… it’s just way too obvious to be anything untoward.
