Im still not convinced with the Dogs. Since the bye lost to pies, eagles, saints and Lions, just beat the blues 3pts, dee's 8pts, cats 16pts, with good wins against bombers 104pts, and Giants 64pts. The last win in Ballarat v crows was hard to gauge. You can only beat who you go up against but i still think they havent been tested like we were in the Eagles game.
I reckon they'd do the cats easy, but not the pies.
Agree completely
A media Cinderella story. Their game style is exciting and fast scoring when theyre on.
today is a big test for them. other than our game, the most interesting final by far.

The salt on the Cats board re Chris Scott is full on! What surprises me is the Stanley non selection was not only dumb because of the weather, but no view to the subsequent game if they lost. Stanley has no preparation to take on Nic Nat, and Blicavs will be standing next to Darling next week having not played back to prepare and get his defensive mojo going. Pure stupidity.

As alluded to above, Kardinia Park is the best things the Cats have going for them (massive home ground advantage gifting top four given it’s easily defendable if you set up as it’s so narrow - again lowest points conceded by a mile for the year), and the worst thing going for them (a game plan and style that doesn’t convert to other grounds in finals. Their inability to switch last night was embarrassing - but you don’t do that on a narrow ground.) It papers over a lot of cracks, and add in an inflexible game day coach who can’t develop draftees.

Will be interesting to see the reaction if they lose next weekend. I’ve already bought popcorn.
Kadinia Park is their own worst enemy lulling themselves into a false sense of security , like a clay court specialist that is useless on any other surface. Leave the stadium like every other Melbourne based club has done and try and stand on your own two feet. Short term pain for long term gain

Someone at AFL house needs to grow a pair and force Coll to have a clash jumper. Write it into the constitution that if you fail to adopt a clash jumper to the satisfaction of the commission , your club will forfeit its license in the afl competition , it’s that simple , get on with it shocking

So, here’s the kicker. We need to win tonight and then barrack for the cats next weekend. I want those guys in the prelim. Delicious.
Or
Giants win
we lose
we win next week
Play Pies who going on last night our Reserves would beat.

Its made worse when so many cats are laying on the ground, way to many vertical stripes.

Both cats and Pies were as bad as each other last night.
