Not look for the quick fix by throwing big money at players they don't need build from within and establish a core of good quality young kids and then fill in the missing pieces with smart trading.

It’s a viscious circle though, not sure a battling club has the time to rebuild in this traditional fashion. They’re so many pieces to building a successful club, mgmt off field, qty senior coach , qty leaders, qty list management . Sadly for nm they rate poorly in all of these areas . Good luck to them
