Carey was banging on about Chris Scott, 278 games coached winning ratio of 70%. top 4 9 years from 24. Hr was saying that is a huge achievement and Scott is a master coach.

As it stands right now, Scott is an excellent H&A coach and a terrible finals coach. I know you have to win games to make finals, and he does that better than anyone. He also loses finals more than anyone. Can you be a great coach if your team rarely performs in finals? Nope.
