Can see Dimma has lost the senior players since the split with Mrs Hardwick.
What you reckon RJK Tiger

If anyone watched Houli, Astbury and Lambert’s retirement speeches over the last 15-months they’d know there is a super close bond at that club from the coach down. That emotion and connection can’t be faked.

Carlton not letting this go and still trying to get Cripps off, is that sending a message to the playing group that they’re no chance without him? They’re probably no chance anyway, but still

That’s why their culture is screwed. They absolutely left that poor kid Hayes out to dry and didn’t even contest his suspension a few weeks back which they were a high chance of winning …. but are now spending money hand over fist on a completely futile exercise to get Cripps off.

But how can you expect a culture to blossom when majority of your team are mercenaries from other clubs.

I heard on the news Michael Hurley could be making his comeback against us next week of course another announcement when teams are playing us what is up with this ?
Who gives a ****, we'll smash the drug cheat into retirement with another bitching. Can't wait.

The rules for appeal and actually getting off are pretty easy to follow.
They have no chance.
Waste of time and Soft Cap money.
Yep if the rules of appeal as they're written are applied they have no chance. The penalty wasn't manifestly excessive, the decision was perfectly reasonable given the facts. He left the ground and barreled into him, collecting him high, basically knocking him out, the bloke was concussed and will miss this week. (AhChee).

They're dreaming and trying to stop the wheels falling completely off.

On the other hand, our champion player is out and we are just head down ass up getting on with it.

Spent all their cash on Cerra, Saad, Williams, Martin, McSlovern, and assorted other spuds and end of next year new deals for McKay, Curnow and DeKoning, the first two of which will be free agents. Their TPP ledger is a seething puss-weeping mess because they abandoned their rebuild that wasn’t working too well for a policy of just paying any idiot any amount he wants for any term he wants to come to the club.

Blues supporters on the main board assured us it was fine to pay Williams $850k for 6 years and other stupid deals because they are not over their salary cap.

They. Are. A. Mess. 🤣
Don’t underestimate that disgusting rabbles ability to cheat and rort a way around the salary cap though.
Plenty of talk about how they are the kings of ‘post career’ payments that aren’t included in the cap whilst playing

Yes, and they brought int he expert…Cook from Cats, who, Ablett aside, somehow barely lost a player they would have preferred to keep through 5 dynasty years and beyond…..

To be fair if the likes of Martin, Williams, Cerra, McGovern etc are in line for post career slings then that will be on top of being massively overpaid within the salary cap.
