Think the flags they won in the 80s were with Sheedy so you'd have to go back to 1968.

And also true. They only played in 2 finals in the '70's and lost them both (to St Kilda and Fitzroy). Sheedy started coaching them in 1981.

In all seriousness the afl should introduce a captains challenge like they do in the NRL for free kicks
Fremantle received a free kick dead in front of goals it was one of the worst free kicks I have ever seen
