Jacob Van Rooyen debuts tomorrow. Part of me hopes his career turns into a Mitch Thorp type bust instead of a Jack Riewoldt. Time will tell who's a better player out of Tom Brown and Van Rooyen. Hopefully the selectors got it right cos if Dow doesn't start showing something at senior level will be delisted season's end and another cursed first round bust. Dan Rioli and Vlastuin our only successful 1st round picks since Dusty 14 years ago is becoming a farce. Gibcus should be a beauty though.

Fact is Butler was good enough to make an All Australian squad whereas Cantstandya would NEVER have been considered in the top 300 players across the entire league. I'm pretty sure Butler's discarded toenails had a better 2022 season than Georgie Porgie for that matter.
