They ban card counters who are people with nothing more than good memories that are able to put the odds in their favour.

Other games have odds in favour of the house locked in. Card counters can alter that. They are treated as criminals by the casinos.

They are advantage players. It’s literally against the legislation that govern casinos.

Only people that get access to a manual shuffle are vips. Everyone else gets a continuous shuffler, so your overstating the case that winners get banned.
