Any way to mask the fact they have only won 1 Grand Final in 64 years, soon to be 65.

Collingwood have now made at least the Preliminary Final stage 25 times in the last 65 years. They have 1 Grand Final win to show for it. :tearsofjoy:

Richmond have made it to at least Preliminary Final stage 15 times in the last 65 years. For 8 Grand Final victories.

1959 - current

Collingwood
25 x at least PF stage. 1 GF win. 24 times failed to win either a GF or PF.

Richmond
15 x at least PF stage. 8 GF wins. 7 times failed to win either a GF or a PF.

But Pies fans would rather be them than us because they have got to witness their team fail to win Preliminary or Grand Finals an extra 18 times, obviously much more fun than watching your team win an extra 7 Grand Finals. :tearsofjoy:

And to think with an average age of 28 years 5 months this current Collingwood team's half season dynasty is about to abruptly end.

Not sure if you're classing 2010 as a draw and not technically a win but it is 2 in 60 odd years. Which is bettered by even North.

A draw is not a win otherwise everyone would say both Collingwood and St Kilda won the 2010 Grand Final. Which would be as ridiculous as Collingwood saying they have won more than 1 Grand Final in the last 65 years.

**** em. If they want credit for winning a Grand Final they need to actually win a Grand Final like every other campaigner.

No, they didn't leave it as a draw. They came back the next week and Collingwood won. It still counts.

The replay a week later??

That is not THE Grand Final.

Each year teams play off and everybody calls it THE Grand Final. We don't say A Grand Final or one of the Grand Finals. Pretty sure when you looked at the 2010 fixture in 2010 it didn't list the Grand Final then another mulligan match also called the Grand Final. There is only one Grand Final. Imagine if Richmond got two chances to win every match. We'd have 50 flags. **** em.

It might count as a mulligan Premiership. It very definitely does not count as a Grand Final win, and never let those campaigners forget it.
Requiring two cracks at the Aints to win a premiership is the moral equivalent of a loss and when you take into account they only got the second crack on the back of a lucky bounce, it's arguably the moral equivalent of a wooden spoon.:$

The filth has played in 14 GFs since 1960 and only won 2 flags + 12 Chokes Ouch!
Richmond on the other hand has played in 10 GF's in the last 56 years and won 8 premierships.
