You can run cash games if it's not raked. They still charge time and registration fees I believe though. Might depend per state.

Looking at WPT GC coming up this month. Anyone have any extra info about maximum hours of cash/tournaments than can be played (I haven't put in serious casino hours since about 2015 and this is now a thing as well as the frequency of their NLHE and PLO cash games. The website says all the games are 10% capped at 15, I assume this is still the case.
