They were desperately short of numbers towards the end of last year, had senior players doubling up every week! If they lose a few from the top end it’s going to hurt their ressie numbers.

I hope the league has some plans for the under 19s comp as they look like only having 3 teams at this stage.

AFL Vic & the O&K Board won't have any plans for the under 19s they will just sit back as normal till just before the start of
next season before getting involved you would think they would of had a couple of meetings by now with the clubs involved
to go over numbers coming from junior leagues .
Would even think the board should be concerned enough to be calling a meeting with club to looking into the
Reserve comp as there are a number of sides may struggle in this area as well.
What are the Board going to do if clubs can not field Reserves are they going to cut club from the O&K as they indicated
to Nth Wang & Boon Doon last year if they couldn't field a side this year & have the got the power to do that

How about we raise the level of the thirds comp to U19's then kids that can drive, drink, smoke and go out to the clubs can play against 16 & 17 year old in the 3rds comp..and not allowed to play 2nds cause there are plenty of numbers around country footy to fill 2ns spots...Sounds like a great idea doesnt it !!!!

Rumour has it that the big Greta GA, league B&F, club B&F, Best upcoming youngster, named in the best team of the league, Taylah Reidy, is due for a big transfer to Milawa?? Been told that it is due to a strong love towards her fiance Larkings who won the twos goal kicking there and that she has been offered up a fair bit of $$$. If this is true I'd place it down as one if the biggest trades in the history of the ovens and king. No doubt.

I also understand that Regan Alexander and Ben Reid are good mates. Could this mean that a possible deal could be done to see the AFL premiership player have a kick in a couple of games for bright in 2019 and make them a possible contender for the flag...?
