I know and TBF I wasn't talking to you about it. If you enjoy the memories of that time then good for you. I don't and find it to be the genesis for where we are now with turds like CFG, Saudi's and Qatar buying club and international football. The 2034 WC being the latest sick joke.

Yeah, I feel the same about the AFL as you do about Football with certain clubs getting an advantage over others(like mine).

But as long as i get enjoyment of watching us(don't really care about the other games) play I'll keep watching. When it's no more fun anymore it's time to find a different outlet.

Exact details are hard to come by, but part of the deal is an agreement to “address” that side of things. 777 put in about £200mil, but that was taken over by an entity called A-Cap.

Whilst they put in £200mil, apparently it’s only actual worth is £66mil in cash and up to 10% equity in the club. But that equity can’t be sold or converted until after 7yrs, effectively banking on the value of the club increasing over that time.

TFG have made the deal, but who knows (at least not yet) what A-Cap have agreed to at this stage. Will probably get more info in the next few weeks to make sense of it all a bit better.

Has an owner ever come under such intense scrutiny for his non footballing efforts as our little bald friend?

Seems like everyone has woken up to his inability to football and seemingly blame every manager for his own shortcomings comings

I just hope we see change before we see success. A trophy would validate his shitty regime imho
