Appreciated seeing a few photos of Sam Hayes, haven't noticed him much in the club photos.

As usual, trying to fit names to faces of some young players who can change in appearance.

Thanks Pete got my first look at the precinct... noice. You don't realise how tired looking the place had become

'til it's all different. Breakfast Brunch snacks were very reasonably priced and the coffee cnr a good addition.

Just about everywhere you look Alberton is in a state of flux.

It was getting pretty warm by the time the Boys finished and they were going pretty hard at it.

On one drill Lachie lifted the bag holder bloke off his feet with a shoulder charge that would've put me

into next week.

Bergman looks to have bulked up considerably, Sinn has shoulders that should be a real asset in the contested stuff, and I reckon Lachie Jones legs could replace the pylons on your average size bridge.

In general, the boys look good. But, Fantasia's legs look like an injury just waiting to happen!

A couple of things I took from training.
First was it was disappointing to Sinn on the sidelines with JHF hopefully just taking it slow after surgery.
Mead looks in terrific nick physically really stood out.
Was great to see Pasini getting around with no strapping on his knee .
I also seen junior burger taking alot of the drills seems to be Abit more involved in the coaching side .
