He has missed a lot through injury the past couple of years. Surely he will stick with Geelong and take the one year deal if that is all they are offering. Wouldn't surprise me if they put a modest trigger in there and it ended up being accepted. Like if they said "play 10 games and you get the extra deal" that's overwhelmingly generous. If he doesn't play 10 games then he should retire anyway.
