The new name for Subiaco Oval. Patersons securties a WA based company has signed a 5 year 5 million dollar deal to secure the naming rights for the stadium.

It will take a while to get used to.

I would love to know why the WAFC feels the need to sell their soul for such a crap name. With the money they receive from both the dockers and eagles and very little seems to be going back to grass roots football you have to ask how much is spent on "admin" and where the rest is going.

Renaming the stadium won't change the fact that it is one of the worst football stadiums in the country. Not enough capacity and terrible facilities, they need to knock it down and build a new one with at least an 80,000 seat capacity.
