Paul Roos attitude??

This thread is a joke.

People who think coaches have to have the serious face on for all 2 hours of game time are idiots.

And those making judgements on a coaches state of mind by watching a couple of separate 10 second clips without sound of a coach smiling and laughing while losing are also idiotic.

I hate that about all sports commentary and opinions. People reckon they can make judgements on things (coaches, players) by watching a few seconds of vision without sound and just go on body language at that one moment in time. "That truly reflects where his head is atm". Over-simplification ftw.

None of us can make a fully appropriate comment on Roos as a coach as we have never been coached by him or spoken to him about the game.

Seriously, anyone who can question Roos over that is clutching at straws.

What next, didn't like his demeanour when his assistant took his last lolly?

That was pretty funny though. Picked up the packet, looked in and no snakes left. Looked at the guy sitting next to him and laughed throwing the empty packet at him.

Then the face he made when a young Swan was walking off ball watching instead of running was gold.

He said after the game he was p!ssed off about them not following instructions with kick outs ............... how come then he threw the paper at Goodes though who was playing forward?

Roos is simply acting like someone who has handed in his resignation and is working through his notice period. Knows that another middle of the pack finish is going to happen and care factor is dropping off rapidly.

it looked like he was mocking/hanging shit on someone he was yelling at 5 sec previously

100% correct. He was screaming at one of his players and then started mocking the player's lackadaisical response to his instructions. In essence, he was having a go at someone whom he thought (rightly or wrongly) had stopped giving a s**t (wasn't sufficiently switched on/had put the cue in the rack).

not the 1st time of late roos has showed signs of becoming unhinged

not surprising, been in the job too long & if i was a club on the lookout for a replacement coach, eg weagles, think i would be passing on roos until he's had a break away from the game

happens to the best of them, & coaches like roos as well

Not sure why anyone who doesn't have a vested interest in the Swans (eg. supporters, players, staff) should really care about Roos' attitude or how he carries himself. The ones with a vested interest are the people he has to answer to, and if they don't see it as a problem, then it's a non-issue all-round AFAICT.

I can tell you if my team was 26 pts down in the last at home about to lose their 9th straight to a rival and my coach was acting like a freaking clown on the boundary i'd be pissed off!

A win not good enough ?...just another typically poor post from this poster.

PS.. how did you muster the nerve to point the finger at another coach for acting like a clown?

This thread is hilarious. If sydney's biggest problem atm is Paul Roos looking "disintered" after showing some signs of being human and not robotic, then my god the swans are flying.
