Ehh, I'll ask the question.

On the selection loophole - honestly, giving people just an hour to sort their teams on a Friday night is pretty rough. Personally I'm a fan of individual game lockout, but given the consensus I'd at least like a Saturday morning lockout, I don't want to be spending 20 minutes every Friday night reviewing my UF team.

I never said 7pm lockout, not a chance that will happen. Hey Striker475 is there a way you can organise this league to have a folder so we can have all the threads for this league in one spot? Just asking you as your a mod is that something you could arrange when you're free?

Can you 4 please vote on whether you would like a rolling lockout or sat midday lockout.

Because the vote is currently so split I'm leaning towards a Sat lockout, yes there will be a Fri night loophole with vice captains but if you're playing Fri night guys as emergencies and then taking out a guy with 8 games to go you're playing with fire. Not a risk i would take, hurts you way too much to cop donuts.

Cool tx mate. Ok so 7 against means rolling lockout can tie at best. Due to the mixed reactions I'm opting for middle ground here and I'm going to choose a Saturday lockout at midday. If people want to play with fire with Fri emergencies they can but they will get burned at some stage. This does allow you to loophole a vice captain on Friday but it's the best middle ground i can think of.

All leagues I've ever been in have lockout after first sat game starts. Loop holes easily backfire with late outs sat night and Sunday.

I vote for sat. **** rushing after final Sunday teams to finalise lineup. It's worse for the league to have lineups missed than a fri night loop hole.

Trade block, stats table etc are things they should never have discarded - even the field on your team page

Isn't the majority of people still saying Friday?

I don't care if a "vote" ever goes against what I (as an individual) want, but surely it should support what the majority want.

Well the vote was for a rolling lockout vs a Friday lockout, Sat lockout is a middle ground of sorts. We need to keep a little bit of strategy involved. Plug and play DT/SC style lockout is a bit boring, I'd much prefer individual lockout games, that way it's more interactive watching footy on the weekend.

Without tallying the votes it just seemed like a lot of ppl were preferencing Friday lockout.

So long as majority vote is looked after, I'm not fussed.
