Just clarifying I won't be delisting Cox, Duryea and Hooker, they're just on my trade block. Mayne and Burgoyne i'm still thinking about keeping but are available for pick upgrades or something similarly meagre to interested parties.

Still waiting on one person to join, i think NoPositiveTests! you still need to join the league. Once he joins, ill allocate the new guys teams then everyone will have about a week to confirm delistings and make any trades, i will be cutting trading for about 3 days once this is done as its too nuch of a pain to have trading going while setting up lists. Aiming for the draft to start near the end of Feb
