As they say, all good things must come to and end .So it saddens me to hear that Peggy will no longer be club President by seasons end, but taking up a new role with the Commonwealth Games of Victoria
She was appointed to the club during a very difficult period. Starved of success, with huge challenges on and off the field she has been nothing short of inspirational. She has also conducted herself with the utmost professionalism and a wonderful role model for aspiring women everywhere
We have been fortunate to have had her for the last nine years so its with mixed feelings I wish her well in the next faze of her professional and personal life
So thank you Peggy for all of the tireless years of reshaping and restoring our club to its glory years.
We will miss you
