Yeah, I rate quality players even if *shock horror* they aren't from my team. Why the **** would Mitchell care about Pendles, he's just won a game of footy. Whereas us intelligent observers can bow down to a superstar of the comp who's just carried his team and played like silk.
Buddy was awesome, but that has to do with this thread exactly what??

went missing in the 4th when collingwood needed him the most
His ability to be so clean in traffic/in pressure situations along with his decision making skills is insane. Just seems to have so much time/poise, crazy. When plays are just banging it on the boot he seems to effortlessly find space.

No mate, his team went missing when Pendles needed them most. To play that well in a losing team is off tap

He is such a good player. Just does it all and always with such poise. Would well and truly be a worthy brownlow medallist and it may certainly be a reality this year as he picks up from exactly where he left off last year. I'm also rapted that he re-signed and didn't chase the $

Seriously, how much of a gun is this guy? I hate you Collingwood, but kudos for locking this guy away. He has everything, he does everything. He is the most pure, sublime specimen of a player you could imagine.

He's been one of the best midfielders in the competition over the last few years. Still rate Ablett higher, Pendles is nipping at his heels though.
Poise, vision, precision, decision making, game reading - oh and did I mention poise?
Can do with two players trying to corner him what most can't alone in 10 meters of clear space and still look like he is half asleep whilst doing it.
As others have said he has the x factor that can't be taught, learned or bought.
Bloody glad he's ours and likely to remain that way for his playing life.
A couple more senior players in the team tonite and he would have got us over the line, sensational player and totally committed to the team and the new coach.
