Fair enough too, he deserved a fine, but no weeks, the Doc shouldn't get any less of a fine, should be more for instigating it.

Bet he will get a higher fine than Peverill. He seems a bit of a tool, he sued Jose Romero a few years ago and apparently got some big bucks in an out of court settlement.

Seems the tribunal thought that his actions were caused by mitigating circumstances, fancy that, only some Brissie people couldn't see what was blatantly obvious.

Well why did you say he was lucky then, Doc started it, Pev finished it, both should get fines, but weren't you saying the Doc hardly touched him & Pev should get weeks?

I did happen to mention somewhere between 2-4 weeks.
The doc did touch him, but Peverill was reckless, negligent, careless. Cut any which way, he was further over the line than the doctor. The doctor was concerned for his patient etc etc.
Peverilll did see who he had his hands on, he is either slower than Steady Eddie, or just plain stupid. No-one would have had a problem if he had have shown SOME remorse.
