They may not make it on time. Going to be close.

Will miss first half for sure. Plane won't touch down until 3:30 due to weather in Melbourne and Sydney they should be out of the plane 3:40 should be in some kind of transport by 4pm towards the ground. Best bet would be uber. Take another 30 minutes to travel and walk to their gate. This is the best case scenario if not busy. Bad luck to them.
