Just one of those crazy games I knew we were somehow going to lose once Hurts was confirmed out.

Despite all the turnovers, the D was weird today - 2 12 men on field penalties and really undisciplined at times.

Kenny made a couple of throws but he is just no good so, with Hurts almost a certainty to be out next week, I'd like them to mix it up and try out McKee if he's shown anything at all in practice. But they wont unless Kenny throws one too many picks, which will be a real possibility.

At least Jake looks like he is over the yips so that's something I guess.

If Devonta makes a basic catch they've clutch sealed the game with the interception.
Which just papers over the cracks of conceding 22 points in the 4th quarter.

Spin it anyway you want, that’s shitful.

They were due a bad game so hopefully they got it out of their system.

CJGJ being ejected didn't help things and the player scoring the winning TD would most likely have been his responsibility on that play.

Should never lose with that many turnovers though so really it's on the offence for not finishing this one when they had the chance.

There’s fault everywhere. I think it’s a good loss as I said, nothing wrong with sharpening up just before the playoffs.

There was more the offense could’ve done but it’s disappointing to score 33 points and lose. That’s a Buffalo defensive score against, not one we’ve expected from this group.

Depends if Jalens cleared by next week.

If he's not, lose that and we're playing starters in the last week to try to even have a division title.

There are no good losses.

Because we still would’ve conceded 22 points in the 4th quarter…

That’s completely unacceptable.
You should be in the protocol with Jalen.

If he catches it the last drive doesn't happen and those points don't get conceded.

Completely disagree.

What were the odds we were going to go on a 16/17 game winning streak to win it all? Wouldn’t say very likely.

As I said, this just gently reminds everyone there’s still plenty of work to be done. The sky isn’t falling after this.

Sure, fair point.

The defense was still diabolical in the last though.

Shit. Might not have cared so much next week, but this week is tough.

Pickett a bit suspect as well with ribs I think it was. They should give McKee a go, better arm than Pickett.

Running game sucked after Hurts left so sorting that out would have been a priority this week.

& if we do manage a win, might as well rest Hurts until the playoffs, nothing to be gained by risking him.

Pack win later this morning, Lions loss tomorrow & we win against the Giants. Not out of the question.
Only way Eagles can #1 seed is if Vikings lose to Green Bay, Lions lose to 49ers and Vikings beat Lions next week.

No chance even the biggest 49ers fan in me thinks we are going to get destroyed it would surprise me if margin was less than 21 pts. Lions going to gouge the 49ers for that nfc title loss i can see dan campbell running up a score.

For what its worth, given we can effectively give ourselves a bye next week anyway, I'm not sure that the pathway from the second seed isn't better.

I mean, I hate playing Washington and for some reason feel they're every chance to knock us off, but them and then the Vikings or whoever might be better than Packers in the divisional. Still a reasonable chance you'd be able to host the NFC champs.
