Douglas has had a few big plays against, but I'm happy he's getting the game experience.

Douglas yeah very happy with. Surprised me today was him not judging the ball in the air on that pass down the left sideline. He was so good at tracking the ball in College

Way way too early for these sorts of calls. We've not really beaten any likely play off teams yet. Let's see how we go against the Panthers.

Yeah but the division was good then. Can't see Dallas winning more than 8 or 9 games (they have KC, Atlanta, Wash X2, Phil X2,Seattle) still to come so Washington is the only threat but they'll probably fall apart soon enough

He was not responsible for the Chargers play- Douglas was the player beat. Mills just hustled trying to make the tackle. He had decent coverage on OBJ on at least one of those catches, but as you say OBJ is a freak.

I'm not sure that Mills has been horrid really. Today might be the first genuinely bad beat he's suffered so far.

Having said that, it was nice to actually beat an opponent comfortably. Love that our receivers have stopped dropping basic passes as well. Just need to improve the secondary a bit and we're looking pretty good!

Looks like we will be missing Lane, its also fair to assume that Cox will not be back on the short week. Next week's game is much more important to be healthy for, so I do not see any reason for any injured players to be hurried back

Absolutely. Need to watch for a let down game. Will feel a lot better if we can beat Washington.

Also given the form of some of the other teams like the Raiders, those games don't seem as daunting.

I've been trying desperately hard to keep a lid on things this season - I keep reminding myself that we haven't really beaten anyone yet.

But the more we have days like today where the results are carnage, I find it harder and harder to keep that lid on. If nothing else, we seem like a really consistent team at the moment, while Green Bay, Atlanta etc drop games they should be winning.

A loss of any sorts tomorrow would probably be more of a reflection of the fact that Washington is good, not any sort of failure by the eagles. It should be a good game, a win would be a huge step in winning the division title. Its almost a must win for them for any hope of winning the division.
