Autopsy Pies destroyed by 80 points - they went to the wrong ground!

It looked like men v boys tonight. We got bullied through the middle and couldn't keep up- guess that's what happens when you can't get the footy and need to chase ass all night

Absolutely no intensity, very poor. Still think we should play the kids if fit, Ash, Broomhead and Phillips. Varcoe is a massive loss.

Whilst it doesn't excuse the effort, we really struggled on that munted SCG configuration tonight.
Sydney knew how to find space so much better, and we never seemed to be able to find the right spots.
At least we won't need to go back there any time soon.
I have to be honest in saying they train there every week, and sure we are a professional football club, and the blokes are paid to perform, but a switch from a known venue that has spoilt us with wins, to getting bulldozed the last couple of times being taken to the Swans "spiritual home", where I reckon Eddie vowed he would never play again, did us in a little bit.

People were having a dig at the ANZ stadium turf, but when we won all those games from 2005-2014, did anyone see a problem?

Not sure why, but Sydney tend to like rubbing us up the wrong way. Sure Eddie runs his mouth a little bit, but they were getting paid an extra nine hundred large for a long time to keep them afloat.

Leaves a bloke empty a loss like this, especially when you are blind sighted by decent, and perhaps promising results in the NAB cup. Those wins against Geelong and Doggies at grounds they play so well, might have given us a little bit of confidence going up to Sydney.

Who knows, maybe miracles happen next week? Richmond barely beat Carlton.

Sidey will get 2 you'd think. No real malice, but you can't bump guys in the head like that.

Lingy saying a broken fibila and broken foot for Swan. That *could* be the last game Swan plays for us.

The NAB challenge was not that impressive really. We had big scores against us and were slaughtered in the first half against the dogs.

and Dogs did not really try in the 2nd

We have had 438 points scored against us in 4 games in 2016. You can't keep expecting to win when you are getting continually owned at the defensive end.
Seems it's a two-fold problem. Total lack of effort from the mids to run two ways and to pressure. And a defensive team that's not up to it.

Pendlebury was horrible, apart from a couple of nice kicks he was useless.

I thought that. It was sort of really surreal. I watched a guy who I thought one of the best players in the AFL kick to the opposition, look slow and generally stuff up disposals........I havent had a drink all night. I havent seen his stats (maybe they will say what I saw was bull) but I know for a fact one of those kickouts he did from full back when directly to a 1 on 2 against us.

Reading some of the posts on the threads tonight it seems the worst players tonight were:
Backline: Buckley, Frost
Mid: Buckley, Witts, Macaffer
Rucks: Witts, Cloke, Buckley
Fwds: Buckley, Witts, Cloke

For the amount of dollars Cloke is on , he really is the dumbest footballer ive seen at the pies for years.

Even through his "good" years he was still clueless. Have thought this for a long time , not just reacting from tonights match. Why o why when he wasn't getting a touch wasn't he pushing up to the wing to contest for kick ins.
