So how does everyone want to organise draft order?

Proposal 1: existing advocates have a pre draft selection in which we retain 1 player from our stable and then move into an open draft but not until newbies have had their selections.

Proposal 2: open draft with random generated draft order.

Proposal 3: the mystery box, lucky dip, everyone selects a number and a player will be randomly assigned to each number.

What does everyone prefer?

I like 1, but just as happy with 2
