We thought since we are one of the biggest RFC supporter boards it would be a good idea to float the idea of sponsoring a player as a board.
The price is $1250 per player and has some pretty good benefits.

* One invitation to the player sponsor dinner with a tour of the change rooms by your sponsored player
* Name on sponsored players locker
* Signed guernsey by your sponsored player
* Signed photo with your sponsored player
* $50 Superstore voucher

Obviously everybody who contributes won't be able to receive these benefits so if we are able to get enough funds to get it done the prizes will be raffled off.

I believe to go along with the shiny badge you get under your username you receive a BF subscription as well for 12 months but don't hold me to that, we will have to speak with admin about it.

To kick it off I'll pledge $50, anybody who is interested put it up in this thread.

All players are available, Stig has advised we would be better off looking at a player away from the leadership group as they all have multiple sponsors and as such we would get less time with them

I'm in for 50 as well.

If it's 1,250 and we have everyone chucking in 50 then ... that's a 1/25 chance we have of winning a prize.

Since there are five prizes, then maybe no one person can win two prizes so it's a 1/5 chance for everyone to win something.

That's pretty good.

I reckon if you have a raffle and someone chucks in 100 compared to 50, he should have his name in there twice to better the chances of winning. But yeah I like the idea.

Which player? I would honestly go with the new boy Nick Vlastuin.
