Fair enough. It is clutter on a team list at the best of times, seeing you can see what kind of nick someone is in by looking at them. Equally it's not going to stop the clubs from saying "X put on 5-8 kg of muscle".

Height too?

May as well, height is kind of irrelevant without weight

Should keep the scores secret too, can't have any losers out there [emoji106]

Nah, height is still relevant without weight seeing a fair few positions are height dependent. I.e. you won't get a 195 cm small forward, as much as you wouldn't get a 178 cm ruck.

Who really cares about players weights? Should we have their IQ and the size of their wang up as well?
It is a handy objective measure to help gauge how far rookies’ bodies are from being able to withstand the rigours of afl level footy.

Kornes just said that AFL are banning the disclosure of players weights.

So commentators or spectators will no longer be able to tell the difference in weight between say a Jefferson and a Curnow anymore.

Would AFL be the first sport globally to come up with this soft s**t?
presumably you have a pair of eyes. use them

As long as we get their star signs, then we'll be ok.
