He's fine - better than fine actually. Looks fitter than he ever has. No meth-head is going to have that sort of muscle definition in his 50s.

Plus you just don't see that many old blokes hit a diet that hard and it might come across as a bit abnormal. He's probably healthier than 90% of people in their 20s who don't exercise/eat properly.
