Polak/Cousins/Rookies/etc

This HUN article has a quote saying, "Polak is happy to be put on the rookie list if it is in the best interests of Richmond, although the Tigers have told him they may not take up that option even if it approved by the AFL."

so we may not even use this rookie spot for polak, so the cousins drafting scheme is no certainty, so personally im not getting my hopes up.

though if we did use the Polak rookie thingy-ma-bob, does that mean it takes up a rookie spot, from the rookie draft?

also what rookies do you think we might get?

we should be after a KPP Forward and a Small Forward, a new joel bowden (exsquisite skills coming out of th backline, i have noticed we dont have any young players who can do so)

I dont understand why Richmond dont use their pre season draft pick on Cousins. They had ample opputunity to pick up the above mentioned players in the national draft and for whatever reason they didnt. Just use you pick on Cousins simple. I hope you do.

because from this year we got hislop and thomson both came from other clubs. while both fairley young we proply want one more 17/18 year old. if we get the 2 PSD picks i hope we get a kid and cousins

i think what they were hoping for was to pick up gourdis in the rookie draft, then draft a young player + cousins in the PSD.

but cos Freo were keen on Gourdis they have decided to redraft him while they still have the opportunity and the question will be if it is cousins or a young unknown player

I remeber Gourdis being highly touted. Hope you guys pick up Cousins. Richmond are probably my second favourite team and it would be great to see Cousins helping you guys out.
