Lawnchair Larry sat in his chair,Im determined to write something similar in rhyming pentuplets now.
Am inspired.
Gazing at the sky without a care,
He'd always been a dreamer, a writer too,
Looking for inspiration that was fresh and new.
Then he saw Ken Hinkley on the news,
And his mind began to spin and cruise,
Here was a man with a story to tell,
A tale of greed and obsession, a warning bell.
Lawnchair Larry picked up his pen,
And started to write, again and agai
Rhyming pentuplets, each line sublime,
Capturing the essence of the man and the crime.
Ken Hinkley stole all the Coke Zero,
Thinking he could hoard it, like a hero,
But he didn't count on the world's addiction,
Or the chaos that would follow his conviction.
Lawnchair Larry wrote and wrote,
With every word, he felt a new note,
Of passion, of purpose, of something to say,
A story that would live on, long after today.
And so, he finished his tale,
A masterpiece, without fail,
A story of a man and his mistake,
A lesson for all, no matter how great.
Lawnchair Larry put down his pen,
And smiled, feeling inspired again,
He knew that he had found his calling,
To write stories that were thrilling and enthralling.
