As expected, Hawthorn began to play football and began to dominate.

Boak our clear best imo. Thomas, Hoff and Pfeiffer not too bad. The rest are struggling.

The umps have crucified us today. For every free kick that they've got, the umps have missed paying us almost an exact replica. It's handed them some goals and conversely deprived us of more forward entries.

The most noticeable differences in that quarter were that we didn't try to get to the ball first, especially in our backline where we preferred being led to the ball. With Hawthorn's quick handballs, we got crucified.

We also backed off from applying any pressure on their chip passes up the ground.
Best players: Boak, Pearce, maybe Logan.

Worst players: Cassisi (not a captain's butthole), Moore (undisciplind and so bloody slow to play on), Rodan (yet another fade-out), Broadbent (three costly mistakes in that quarter), Trengove (the absolute biggest dud of them all).

Yeah but if you apply a weighting factor to his possessions based on his high draft pick and how good he should be he is probably WOG, drop him /quote BigMattyT

I just dont understand why we stopped going man on man. I don't buy that we cannot go with them fitness wise for more then a quarter?
I've seen p ISS weak stuff from us before, players and coaches, but that made no sense.

All I can think is we want to finish under bulldogs

that was bad coaching. Surely Buddha isn't THAT bad?
