Negatives:

Ziebell going to ground again and again practicing his superman dives.

Nahas cramping in his knob going for goal.

Harvey hitting the post after running past half the Freo side and having a shot from 50.

Fyfe running around as if he had the Aids virus.

Inside 50's not looking good. Maybe we are more concerned with the inside 69's?

That's the best I've got. :stern look

Was a great win. 2 of our best wins for ages in Sydney and Perth sandwich a pretty disappointing show against Collingwood.

Freo still did us for clearances and contested possessions and, critically, inside 50s (even though we had more overall touches).
We shouldn't fool ourselves - if some of those shots from Pearce and Hill had gone through in the last it could have been an interesting last 4-5 mins.

Was a great win and we deserved it, but we still have deficiencies that we need to take care of if we're going to address this consistency problem. Interesting to see how we go against GC next week.

North have given me great enjoyment in 2 of the last 3 rounds - keep it up.

McKenzies kick to petrie needs to be made into a gif.

40 meter chest high bullet.

Not quite. He had to get it just high enough to get over Sandilands. Once the ball did that, though, it immediately dropped back down to chest height and sailed in lace out to Drew.

Great stuff.

Haha I know it cleared Sandilands by just cm before dipping down again.

The slow mo was a cracker.

Anyone else see Goldy produce a bit of a crude elbow/forearm to a Freo player? Hopefully nothing in it, I'm not ready to see Currie again.

I was really happy for Boomer. If we're honest, I don't think many of us thought he had a chance vs Crowley tonight. ******* magnificent.
Haha i saw that. I was shocked he did it. I'm sure if they showed a reply on it you'd see him help him back up and pat the dirt off his back.

An angry goldy....never thought i'd see the day!!!

What did Johnson of Freo do?
Black looked in a bad way with a shoulder injury, was trying to leave the ground in the hands of a trainer and the filthy drug riddled dog tried to whack the injured shoulder.

Ah thanks for that. A lot of the game I didn't get to see.

We shouldn't fool ourselves? We had more scoring shots than they did and in the 3rd we hit the post twice. Freo was lucky it was still close enough to give them a chance to win.

not much mentioned about Spud, but thought he was pretty good during those tense last 10 minutes. A few critical spoils and clearances and no brain fades.. well done!

Spud is in very good form at the moment. It's a great thing to see!

Neg: some basic skill errors again cost us a few goals - fix this and look out.
Black - dropped some easy marks, some concern with his form but should be fine as he still applies pressure.

Pos: it looked like the game could have been over by 1/4 time but we slowly crawled our way back and went BANG in the last.
Tippett, Firrito one of his best games in a while.
And we bloody beat a Ross Lyon team you bloody beauty

+'s

Team selection
Brad's Game Day performance
Dal's team ethos and inside work
Atley was immense

-'s

We had enough chances to win by 5-6 goals.

Will look at replay first as missed first half.

Mind you, second half was good enough!

Main pro for me was the attitude of the group. It goes missing too often, but when we are 'on' (even players down) we are a force to be reckoned with.
