And they're still one step ahead of you in the proof departmentDo you even afl footy media?
Hawthorn had 14He didn't get more than 5
Geelong had 13 players poll votes. Coincidentally, GWS were the only team to have a wider spread of vote getters <3
How could I forget our very best friends, Hawthorn.Hawthorn had 14

yeah but those were sympathy votesFinally a thread that Triggering Tugger isn't stinking up with his posts.
Even St Kilda had 13 players poll votes so that's nothing to brag about, we also had 4 players polling more than 5 votes.
that made it further than Carlton....Who cares ? All players are kmart brand no bodies
that made it further than Carlton....
6 inside plodders wouldn't have made any difference. Plus you had Cripps who is pretty much the entire teamCarlron had 6 available best/starting 22 players that day..
I will happily wager that not only Carlton will finish ahead of Hok-Thorn next season, but Hok won't make the eight.
Dan Houston is coming to The Blues, along with Nick Haynes and the Campo Twins next season.
Would be even worse if you didn't qualify, and players who actually produced more than half your team votes aren't even going to be at your club next season
If you exclude the Richmond players who won't be playing for the club next year, their remaining players got about 5 votes in total.
Your one player got 2 votes for a 19 possession 45% DE game friend oh and add to this Naicos who got a vote on a game he got 15 possessions and subbed off
Its an indictment on the awards and shows the Brownlow is nothing but an umpire goo chugging midfielder award that holds zero respect. True Brownlow champions of the past - Voss, Hird, Watson, Woewoedin etc would be embarrassed with the current situation.
Merrett has attitude and makes no effort to befriend the umps and nor should he. He still gets votes on occasion because he has to - he’s Merrett.
Naicos and Cripps on the other hand have the umps on their Xmas card list and probably text them n00ds every birthday. Disgraceful display of goo chugging
As long as you have at least 1 player that received more than 5 Brownlow votes this year, you’re eligible to post in this thread. What if my club only ever has one player that gets votes and is the captain and has to carry the whole team all the time is that good?
