Just checking in as well, Liam Baker- good footballer, Shai Bolton- exciting talent with no ceiling, Sydney Stack- the most accomplished and talented 1st year player seen since Lance Franklin.
Grian Miers- 2nd year playa pretending he's a first year playa. Jordan Clarke- fast runner and turnover king.Charlie campaignerstable- ??? Some spud who will be delisted in two years.

Liam Baker and Noah Balta should be given nominations retrospectively if there's any justice.

Actually Baker has already and Ross hasn't. Balta certainly deserves a nomination if Scott and Constable got one.

Jack Ross was near-BOG on debut, had 28 touches a couple of weeks later, is still 5th among Rising Stars for total centre clearances despite playing only 4 games and 1 quarter (1st for centre clearances per game, 2nd in clearances per game, 5th in disposals per game, 3rd for inside 50s per game, 6th for metres gained per game and effective disposals per game) was third-favourite for the award and already an integral member of our midfield when he went down, and doesn't have a nomination. And he's still 18.

Imagine trading pick 2 for Liam Stocker when you could have had Ross for a pick in the 40s.

Give me one Sam Walsh over all the bums nominated from Geelong and North Melbourne put together.

Quality over Quantity all the way.

Walsh will be the biggest runaway winner of the thing since Jelwood in 2007.

One good player is no way to win a flag. The failed Judd experiment should have taught you that.

Yes but you would swap all your nominations this year for Walsh surely ?

One in a generation talent, plus our youth and age demographic is in much better shape than when Judd joined us.

Once Walsh tidies up his kicking, he is gonna be a generational type player.

I'd swap turnover king Walsh for a mars bar but then i'd feel guilty that I got too much for him.

Crows swapped pick 2 for a washed up Wayne Carey several years ago, plus the Bryce Gibbs fiasco, you guys keep on backing the wrong pony when it comes to wheeling and dealing
