Everyone at North is on the table for the right price... do your worst!
you need at least 3 senior list spots open for the draftYou have given me 42 players... whats the number we must be down to and my picks ?
you need at least 3 senior list spots open for the draft
you currently have 37 senior and 5 rookies (Wagner, White, Maynard, King, Smith)
picks can be found here: http://www.perthnow.com.au/sport/af...d/news-story/a8845edf850f49ee3cc1f9989e6e393a
yepso a max of 40 senior players?
I'll have to pass on this one.
I don't quite understand the sentiment to this? If it's a post trade game including a draft and draft picks then surely the traded picks should be involved? Sure it makes it easier for teams that traded out picks for players to now do more trades but it makes it much harder for teams that lost players for picks e.g. Gold Coast as they now have lost players like O'Meara and Prestia but also have lost the picks received for them making it very difficult for them to find much trade currency.to make it easier for some teams, we will actually start the original draft picks so that teams have more flexibility when trading

Teams that traded players in for draft picks should have just as much of an easy time completing trades as any other team despite losing draft picks, it just means they have to trade their players. Sure a team like Hawthorn doesn't have many picks available but if they want to get picks or players in, they've got heaps of good players to trade. They should have equivalent currency to the draft picks they previously had anyway as those players are supposedly worth those picks.
It makes no sense to use original picks, otherwise there's no difference to the first trade game we played in.I don't quite understand the sentiment to this? Yep.seems like the consensus is to use the current picks as they stood after the trade period. (including compo picks etc)
if everyone is happy to do that, then we can easily change it, as the trade period hasnt started yet?
and since the draft will be an open draft, clubs wont need points for academies
If anyone wants to look and check that their list is up to date post trades and what draft picks they have: http://www.afl.com.au/news/2016-10-20/trade-verdict-how-did-your-club-fare-during-the-trade-period shows both your current draft picks and who came in/out of the club during the trade period.seems like the consensus is to use the current picks as they stood after the trade period.
