I think I'm taking Tex Wanganeen if he is picked round 1.
Im pretty sure he played 1 qtr for that 47.

Yep he only played the last quarter. Kicked 2 goals including the winner so would've got scaled up off that. Still unsure if he'll play round 1 though, think its pretty unlikely. Even though we're dying for a small forward they'll probably play Smith, Snelling and Guelfi as forwards from the looks of it

Caldwell scored 51 in a half of footy too.

Why are you so sure he doesn't play? Seems an odd one to be so set on.

I don't have anything against him personally. I just don't think he is in their best 22. From the game today there are 4 players that are walk up starters in the team that didn't play today. McKay,Walsh,Martin,Docherty and obviously he has lost his spot down back so where does he fit in?
On a side note Oscar McDonald was playing Liam Jones old role he could be a POD selection as a forward $200k he has decent scoring history and if he plays Back will get DPP come Round 6.

A little hard to rate the performance when he came on last quarter against tired players, but he definitely showed something with his pace and skills. Hopefully adds to the lean pickings in the forward rookies.
